 Virtual Legal Assistant

Equivity is looking for a part-time virtual legal assistant who has 4+ years of experience supporting a litigation practice, is experienced with Microsoft Office, and comfortable interfacing with a busy litigation attorney, as well as the attorney's staff and clients. If you enjoy supporting a law practice, pride yourself on your organizational abilities, pay meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a work-from-home environment, read on.

Equivity matches clients with virtual assistants that provide administrative and marketing support. Our virtual assistants work with a high degree of autonomy and are responsible for developing relationships with our clients.

We are looking for a virtual assistant with experience in a law office, who has experience interfacing with clients, pays attention to detail, and has experience with Clio, Google Drive, and Google Calendar. This virtual assistant will assist in scheduling appointments for a fast-paced attorney's office, as well as maintaining client files, while maintaining confidentiality. In addition to providing support for attorneys, we are looking for a virtual assistant who is open to working on administrative projects for clients outside the legal field.

Because we provide highly attentive service to our clients, you must be available to respond to client communications promptly throughout the business day and certainly within one hour by email, phone, and text. All of this work is done remotely, meaning that you can work from home.

We are a growing business and we are looking for a legal assistant who is excited to partner with us to help grow this aspect of our business. Starting pay is $15/hour. You would be hired as a part-time employee of Equivity, not an independent contractor.
